Are your theatre caps unisex?
Yes, all our hats are unisex.
How should the hats be washed?
Our theatre caps can be washed at 60 degrees centigrade and tumble dried. They can also be ironed, if the lettering is printed then do not iron over the print.
What size/style should I get?
The Medium Elastic back has 2 back pleats and toggle fits up to 62cm head circumference. Suitable for short to medium hair.
The Large Elastic back has 4 back pleats ands fits up to 72cm head circumference. Suitable for thick/long hair.
The Tie-back Medium caps have a small elasticated back panel with 2 ties and can fit up to a 68cm head circumference.
The Tie-back Large caps have a small elasticated back panel with 2 ties and can fit up to a 78cm head circumference.
These scrub caps are shaped for a comfortable fit. Suitable for short hair.
Do you make the hats yourself?
Yes, we make everything ourselves, we do the pattern making, cutting sewing, embroidering and printing as well as the packaging. Everything is made and packaged in Wiltshire UK.
Do you do custom orders with logos?
Yes, we do custom orders and can put any logo on our scrub caps.
How long will my order take to make and ship?
We aim to ship within a week, if we are very busy it can be up to 14 business days (excluding bulk orders which vary depending on the quantity and how busy we are when the order is placed.)
Do you do discount for bulk orders?
Yes our bulk discount starts at 20 hats, the more you buy the bigger the discount. We supply many NHS Trusts and we are listed as an NHS supplier.
We also supply hospitals and clinics internationally.
How do you package the scrub caps?
We used to individually package our scrub caps in zip lock bags for reuse but in early 2019 we stopped doing this as we wanted to cut down on our plastic usage. We do use plastic postage bags to protect the hats during shipping but we are looking into an alternative method.
How much is UK shipping?
We keep our shipping prices as low as possible, you can choose between 1st and 2nd class. For bulk orders we use a next day courier.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide using Royal Mail, If its a bulk order we use a courier service.
